I hope the tone of this post comes as more calm then the previous two. What makes this one different than prior blog reports about this very web site is the confidence in knowing they will be easily displayed at my domain name without any worry about something breaking. This website is 'deployed'. Although I have not written the script to transfer the text file I am writing into the blog table on the database, but that is something I predict will happen beforethese very words are published. The DNS stuff that I put off till today was not as onerous as I had thought it would be. All I had to do was change the A record in my CDN provider (Cloudflare! Is there another?) account and the rest of the addressing changes cascaded from there without me having to do much.What I hope to accomplish before the next blog post that comes with a big update would be to put in the live Plotly dashboard. Doing that was the catalyst to me changing my website over to the Flask framework rather than Django.
